Volunteer Jacket Check

Thank you for helping out at packet pickup! You're part of the ground crew that keeps the Great Balloon Chase flying high. Use the button below to check if a runner gets a jacket. Jackets go to the first 1,000 registrants who signed up on or before August 30, 2026.

How to use it:
Ask the runner for their name (or bib number, if they have one).
Type it into the search box. Partial names work too.
Check the result:
🟢 Jacket ✓: Hand them a jacket!
⚪ No jacket: they signed up after August 30.
Kindly let them know they'll still get their event T-shirt and finisher medal.
🟡 Ask the lead: this runner changed races or transferred their registration, so their sign-up date needs a quick check. Please send them to the lead volunteer.

Important Note:
The remaining jacket will be given away on race day after registration closes. 

Can't find someone? Double-check the spelling or try just their last name. If they still don't show up, send them to the lead volunteer.

The list is updated throughout the day, so refresh the page now and then for the latest version.
